Once you place your order, our team carefully prepares it within one to three business days. Most weekday orders are processed within a single day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a bit longer.
Shipping and Delivery
After your order is processed, it is dispatched for shipping. Most packages arrive within five to ten business days. We do everything we can to make the experience smooth and reliable from start to finish.
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure your order arrives safely.

Policy on Return to Sender (RTS), Expired Shipments, and Lost in Transit Due to Customer Error
If an order is returned to sender, marked as expired, or lost in transit due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, including missing apartment or unit numbers, incorrect postal codes, or invalid addresses, the order will be non-refundable.
We are happy to arrange a reshipment once the correct and complete shipping details are provided. In such cases, the customer may be required to cover additional shipping costs. Reshipments will only be processed after the returned package has been received back at our warehouse (if applicable).
To avoid delays or delivery issues, customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm all shipping details before completing their purchase.
