Return and Cancellation Policy

At Paw Atelier, your satisfaction means everything to us. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth, thoughtful, and respectful as possible.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes. You may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All original packaging and tags are intact

  • The product is in its original condition and shows only normal handling

  • Items related to hygiene are returned unused and clean

  • Faulty or defective items are reported immediately upon receipt

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Approved returns will be processed within seven business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind, wrong size, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the courier service you choose.

  • If due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged/faulty product), Paw Atelier will cover the full cost of replacement and shipping. In these cases, you will not be responsible for any fees.

How to Return Your Order

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return or exchange

  • A clear photo of the item (if it is damaged or incorrect)

  • Your full name

  • Your shipping address

Our customer care team will respond with return instructions tailored to your order. This ensures your return is handled correctly and quickly.

⚠️ Please do not return your item to the address on your original package unless explicitly instructed by our team. In some cases, items may need to be returned to an international processing facility.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, please send us a clear written notice by email.

Orders that are already processed or in transit cannot be canceled. Once delivered, you may begin a return instead.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal request and the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are not refunded unless our standard shipping method was selected or the return is due to our fault.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can request a return once your order arrives.

  • Always include your shipping confirmation when returning an item to help us track it.

  • Returns must follow the instructions provided by our service team to be accepted.
